SecureDigitali.com Ltd is the Data Controller for www.securedigitali.com under the Data Protection Act 1998. We will process your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The purpose of the privacy policy is to inform you as a user of securedigitali.com about what information we collect when you visit piistor.com, how we use the information and the ways in which we protect users’ privacy.

How Do We Use Your PII – We analyse how your use the securedigitali.com website, to understand how we can make the website more secure, easier and faster for you.

What PII Do We Collect When You Use SecureDigitali.com – Currently, we only collect your first name, second name and email address because we’re a startup and we’re only looking for potential people, suppliers and investors who want to register an interest in SecureDigitali.com. This information will be stored in a secure database and it will be used solely to send you updates of our progress, milestones, etc. SecureDigitali.com update emails are sent once a month, starting in August 2018.

How Long Will We Hold Your PII – We will hold your PII for as along as we are providing a service to you. If you do not open or click through one of our emails for more than 6 months, we will send you an email asking you to confirm that you wish to continue receiving SecureDigitali.com emails. If you do not respond to this email within one month, we will unsubscribe you from any further emails and delete your PII.

Will We Disclose Your PII, To or Share It With Other Organisations – No, never!

We May Give You Access To Your PII – You are entitled to know whether we hold PII about you and, if we do, to have access to that information and require it to be corrected if it is inaccurate. You can do this by contacting our SecureDigitali.com Data Protection Officer, 70 Yew Tree Road, Hunts Cross, Liverpool, L25 9QU

Your PII Is Kept Under Secure Conditions – We take appropriate steps and compliance’s for us to maintain the security of your PII on our service. The open nature of the internet means that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the PII is intended. Our intention is that this should not happen and we take measures to ensure that it does not.
